How mPad actually works.
Overview
mPad is a privacy-first launchpad for Solana coins with one rule: the wallet that launches your coin is never your own wallet. Every launch gets a brand-new, single-use wallet. That wallet pays for and deploys the coin, so your personal wallet, its balance and its history never appear on the coin's public record.
You choose two things for every launch:
- Where it trades: Meteora (Dynamic Bonding Curve) or pump.fun.
- How it's funded: Standard (you send SOL to the fresh wallet) or Private (you pay in Monero and mPad's sponsor wallet covers the SOL).
Every coin then gets the same things: its own mpad.lol link, a permanent logo, a listing on Discover and a full live trading dashboard.
Meteora or pump.fun
Pick the platform under Launch on in the first step. Both are signed by the same fresh launch wallet, on the server.
- Meteora. The coin launches into a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve pool paired with SOL, under the shared mPad pool configuration. That configuration fixes the curve shape, starting price, graduation point and trading fee, and is public onchain. When enough SOL has been bought in, the pool graduates to a regular Meteora liquidity pool.
- pump.fun. The coin is created directly on pump.fun and follows pump.fun's own bonding curve and graduation rules. "Open market" goes to its pump.fun page.
A bonding curve is an automatic market: no order book, no one has to add liquidity. Buyers pay SOL in and receive coins, sellers return coins and receive SOL, and the price rises as supply is bought.
Fresh launch wallets
When you start a launch, mPad creates a launch session with its own random ID. The launch wallet's key is derived on the server from a secret master seed plus that ID.
- One wallet per launch. New ID, new wallet. IDs are never reused, so your launches can't be linked through their launch wallets.
- One coin per wallet. A launch wallet that has already deployed a coin is locked from launching again. Starting a new launch always creates a new wallet.
- Keys never leave the server. The key is recreated only at the moment it signs. It is never shown, stored in the database, or kept in your browser.
- Your browser keeps only a session handle, so you can close the tab and come back to the same launch.
You never connect your own wallet to launch. Custody, funding and signing are separate pieces, so key storage can be upgraded later (hardware-backed or multi-party signing) without changing the flow.
Standard launch, step by step
- Project. Name, ticker, description, links and logo, plus platform. The live preview on the right updates as you type. Nothing is sent onchain yet.
- Launch wallet. mPad creates the fresh wallet and shows its public address.
- Fund. Send the exact SOL amount shown (currently 0.05 SOL — creation costs, network fees and a small buffer) from any wallet. The balance is checked about every 15 seconds and the step completes as soon as it arrives.
- Review. Check everything one last time.
- Launch. The fresh wallet signs and sends the transaction. You get the coin address, its mpad.lol link and its trading page.
Privacy note. The SOL deposit is a normal public transfer, so the sending wallet is visible as the launch wallet's funder. If that matters, use a private launch.
Withdrawing leftover SOL
Most launches leave a little SOL in the launch wallet. Right after launch, an orange Withdraw your leftover SOL now box shows the exact remaining balance.
- Paste any Solana address and press Withdraw … SOL now. Everything is sent minus that transfer's network fee. The address is checked before sending.
- Nothing is ever swept automatically — the SOL only moves when you press the button.
- If you reload, the finished launch reopens as Your previous launch is live so you can still withdraw. It only clears once the wallet is empty.
- If you start another launch with SOL still inside, you're asked to confirm first. If you clear your browser or lose the session, recovering the balance means contacting mPad and waiting on a manual process — so withdraw on the spot.
Private launch with Monero
A private launch removes the last public link: who funded the launch wallet.
- Pay. The payment window shows mPad's Monero receiving address, a QR code your Monero wallet can scan, the exact amount (0.05 XMR) and an approximate USD value, with copy buttons for each.
- Submit. After sending, press I've sent the payment. You can paste your transaction ID to speed up checking. The status becomes Payment submitted — awaiting verification.
- Verification. For now, the mPad team checks each payment by hand against the Monero wallet. Only a server-side confirmation unlocks the launch — nothing in the browser can mark a payment paid. A transaction ID can only be used once, and one confirmed payment unlocks exactly one launch.
- Launch. Once confirmed, mPad's sponsor wallet covers the Solana costs and the fresh launch wallet signs the launch. No wallet of yours appears on Solana.
Automatic detection (a Monero view-only wallet or wallet server) can be switched on later; the payment window stays the same. Monero addresses, amounts and transaction details are never shown on coin pages or in public activity.
mPad does not mix or route funds through chains of wallets. Privacy comes from Monero on the payment side and the shared sponsor wallet on the Solana side.
Coin links, logos and metadata
- Your coin's link. Every coin gets mpad.lol/<contract address>, which opens its mPad page. It's written into the coin's metadata as its website, so it shows on pump.fun, Meteora, Solscan and in wallets.
- Description footer. Every description ends with "Launched on mPad" and that link.
- Logos. Logos and metadata are stored on IPFS, the same permanent storage pump.fun uses, so explorers, wallets and mPad can always load them.
- Permanent. Metadata is written onchain at creation and can't be edited afterwards — double-check the name, ticker and logo before launching.
The coin dashboard
Every launch — either platform, either mode — gets the same trading page:
- Header: logo, name, ticker, platform, copyable contract address, live price and change.
- Stats: market cap, liquidity, 24h volume, buy and sell counts, trading fee.
- Live chart: a GeckoTerminal chart of the coin's market.
- Live trades: recent buys and sells with links to each transaction, refreshed about every 15 seconds.
- Buy / Sell: trade from your own Phantom wallet through Jupiter, with quick amounts, a live estimate and adjustable slippage.
- About: description, creator, pool and coin addresses, plus links to pump.fun, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and Solscan.
Market data comes from DexScreener and GeckoTerminal, so a brand-new coin shows dashes until it's indexed — usually within minutes of its first trades. Liquidity stays blank for pump.fun coins that haven't graduated.
Discover, Explore and Activity
- Only mPad coins. A coin is listed after mPad confirms onchain that it was launched through mPad. Nothing is added by hand.
- Tabs: New, Trending, Private and Recent.
- Private launches stand out with a Monero-orange card, an "XMR funded" badge and a "Privacy funded" footer.
- Activity lists confirmed launches as they happen. Private launches show as "A private creator" — no funding details.
- The official $mPad coin is pinned at the top with a verified check.
What is public
- Always public: coin name, ticker, logo, description; its pool and every trade; the launch wallet's address.
- Public in standard launches only: the wallet that sent the SOL deposit.
- Never public: your main wallet (never involved), your Monero payment details, launch wallet private keys.
Fees and costs
- Standard: the SOL you send (currently 0.05 SOL). Most covers rent and network fees; the rest is yours to withdraw.
- Private: a flat 0.05 XMR. mPad covers the Solana costs.
- Trading fee: Meteora coins use the fee in the mPad pool configuration; pump.fun coins use pump.fun's fees.
Risks and limits
mPad separates your identity from the launch; it does not make trading safe. Memecoins are extremely volatile and most go to zero. Onchain activity is permanent. A private launch hides who funded it, but anything you post about the coin from your own accounts can still connect you to it. Never send more than you can afford to lose.
